We have a dedicated team of Governors on our Local Academy Committee(LAC), who work tirelessly to ensure that the pupils of St Paul's and All Hallows' Schools  have the best educational opportunities possible.  There is a very strong link with St Paul's Church and All Hallows' Church and our Christian Values underpin all the decisions made for our community. 

The schools are run by the Executive Headteacher, Head of Schools, Deputy Headteacher and Assistant Head. The LAC oversees the effectiveness of the school and together with the Senior Leadership Team provides strategic direction of the school for the work and improvement of the school. It also supports and monitors the budget. Finally it holds the school to account for the standards achieved and the quality of education.
