Remote Learning
Remote Learning
We are committed to delivering high quality education, including for remote learning, whether for homework or during periods of remote working and learning. We recognise the importance of maintaining high expectations in all areas of school life, including remote learning.
In line with DfE guidance we have reviewed our Remote Learning here.
Please refer to our Remote Learning Strategy to find out more and for information about safeguarding and staying safe online. The plan includes copies of Acceptable Use Agreements that all pupils agree to – we ask that parents/carers also review the agreements with their children to remind them of the expectations.
Google Classroom is the remote learning platform used by the school. The work that your child is given is suited to their age, interests and ability. If you are having trouble logging in, email admin@spah.haringey.sch.uk
Please see this guide on how to use a games console to access learning.
In addition to the work set on Google Classroom, children must read to an adult at home every night during the week and at least once over the weekend. The adult, who listens to a child read, should then sign their reading diary to acknowledge that they have heard them read.
The school also subscribes to the resources below for use both in and out of school.
If you can’t remember your password, please ask your class teacher or email office@spahschool.co.uk
